Nice lobby, clean and comfortable rooms, close to the hospital which is why we were there. Also close to restaurants and shopping. But the best part was the staff! A family member was in the ICU who had been on vacation and we all had to fly into Phoenix. The hotel was amazing at accommodating us adding, subtracting and changing rooms depending on how many of us were there each night. And they were so kind about it. We were there for more than a week and it was a terrible time we were going through; having this hotel as our home base was an absolute lifesaver. Thank you to the staff for your empathy and kindness and to the hotel for being such a comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast buffet was superb! My wife, sister, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We were all exhausted when we got there and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There's a gym and pool too. The location, with easy access to Chandler, Mesa, and Queens Creek, was just great. The staff worked hard to solve our issues. My sister needed a room next to ours that could accommodate her dog and they figured it all out. We needed a wakeup call for a very early morning departure and they nailed it.

My AC was not working properly so I contacted the front desk. A service technician was at my room within 5 minutes. I was told that it would take him 20 min. to fix and was offered a different room. I declined a different room within 15 minutes my AC was working properly. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked that you had blackout curtains. It exceeded my expectations :) The room could be as dark as I wanted to.

Peacefulness, Breakfast was good, staff was really nice. Even under construction it was a good stay. Had no problem getting clean towels.
